Transformation Director (Public Sector)

Kim is a senior member of Kingsgate’s public sector team, bringing her extensive experience of leading on major programmes of transformation and change across health and social care. Having worked for every type of upper tier authority, the Audit Commission and as the independent chair for the Diocese of London Safeguarding Adults Board, Kim has been a successful DASS in four authorities in both a permanent and interim capacity leading on integration, partnership and transformation and was the Social Care Lead at the Greater Manchester Health & Social Care Partnership.

Kim is a Visiting Professor at Falmouth University and acts as a mentor for aspiring Directors of Adults Services through ADASS.
