Case Study: Tier One Rugby
Our team worked with a rugby governing body over an 18 month period to design and implement a turnaround programme in the business. Through a combination of revenue enhancement, increased efficiencies in process and a company wide restructuring and redundancy programme, the business is now on the path to profitability showing an £8m improvement in bottom line performance in year one.

Case Study: Modular Construction
Moving from start-up to scale-up, the business needed to rapidly deliver capability development in line with business growth. With investment coming into the business, a strong order book and growing manufacturing volumes, there was an urgent need to develop a new business model.
Our advisors also worked with the business to implement a new operations management methodology to ensure execution of strategic initiatives was planned, controlled and benefits were sustained. A successful recovery programme for on-site operations, including installation/commissioning capability, was delivered.

Mentoring
Leading in challenging situations can be both very stressful and requires a particular skill set. As an additional service we offer mentoring for senior individuals with our clients.
This would be delivered by our Chair, Steve Swayne, who has extensive experience in turnarounds and transformation across various sectors. Steve will immediately click with senior individuals who are trying to manage difficult situations. His experience in turnaround is unparalleled whilst his no-nonsense but empathetic style has improved clarity and leadership effectiveness for many clients.
The mentoring would usually comprise three 2-hour sessions held in London.
