While daily rates remain valid in certain scenarios, we prefer to work on alternative fee structures that provide better value for money and greater certainty over costs.  We’ve outlined a range of flexible pricing options that may suit your requirements, and we’ll agree on the right structure with you at the outset of each new engagement. Monthly fees

We work on a flat-fee agreed with you on a month by month basis with a month’s notice on each side. This model allows us to bring in appropriate skills for a fixed period, offering a balanced approach to risk and reward—ensuring predictability for you, while maintaining the flexibility needed to deliver the right outcome.

Fixed fee

Can be agreed according to type, subject to type of assignment or time period.  Frequently adopted with our clients where the work to be conducted is to a closely defined scope.

Capped and collared fees

Defined fee ranges for specific engagements. This structure, includes an agreed cap-and-collar framework to manage expectations around scope and complexity.

Retainers

Flexible retainer arrangements across a range of service areas to support our clients’ ongoing needs under structured monthly retainers, where clients benefit from a defined scope of support or a set number of hours—delivered with consistency and cost efficiency.

These arrangements are designed to offer reassurance, responsiveness, and value—ensuring you have trusted support whenever you need it.

Success or bonus fees

We would see this covering two distinct types of fee approaches: 

1) A contingent-based fee, dependent on the success or otherwise of the engagement.

2) Performance-based fee, which is dependent upon how well we have met previously agreed performance criteria.

‘Sharing of savings’

We’ve developed an innovative “shared savings” fee model, designed to align our success with yours. This approach links fees to the value we help unlock..
