Leading in challenging situations can be both very stressful and requires a particular skill set. As an additional service we offer mentoring for senior individuals with our clients.

This would be delivered by our Chair, Steve Swayne, who has extensive experience in turnarounds and transformation across various sectors. Steve will immediately click with senior individuals who are trying to manage difficult situations. His experience in turnaround is unparalleled whilst his no-nonsense but empathetic style has improved clarity and leadership effectiveness for many clients.
