Case Study: Tier One Rugby
Our team worked with a rugby governing body over an 18 month period to design and implement a turnaround programme in the business. Through a combination of revenue enhancement, increased efficiencies in process and a company wide restructuring and redundancy programme, the business is now on the path to profitability showing an £8m improvement in bottom line performance in year one.
Our advisors also worked with the business to develop a new project management methodology to ensure execution of strategic initiatives was planned, controlled and benefits were sustained.
